Admission and Registration
Academic year 1448 AH (2026–2027)
Tarbiyah Islamiyah Schools is pleased to provide this simplified guide to admissions and registration policies. This guide explains the services and rules in place—from registration requirements and tuition fees to payment schedules, payment methods, and conditions for withdrawal from the school, along with other instructions families need to know.

Re-registration
First: Current students
Re-registration for the following academic year begins before the end of the current year, as follows:
- Pay SAR 10,000 as a deposit while the student is enrolled in the current academic year. This advance payment toward next year’s tuition confirms seat reservation and guarantees enrollment for the following year. Successful students are not promoted to the next grade automatically until this amount is paid.
- Sign the tuition payment agreement. Note that failure to sign does not release the guardian from its terms; paying tuition and the student’s regular attendance constitute implicit acceptance of the agreement.
Second: New students
Admission and registration for new students opens near the end of the current academic year and continues until two weeks after the start of the next year for applicants who meet the requirements:
- A vacant seat is available.
- Interview with the student’s guardian.
- Pass the admission test in Arabic, English, and mathematics.
- Complete required documents (see section four).
- Pay SAR 10,000.
- Sign the tuition payment agreement (unsigned agreement does not release the guardian from its terms; payment and attendance constitute implicit acceptance).
- Admission for new students in middle school, secondary, and American Diploma (elementary, middle, and secondary in the diploma track) opens from the end of the current academic year.
Third: Legal age for new admissions
- Kindergarten — Level 1: child must be 3 years old.
- Kindergarten — Level 2: child must be 4 years old.
- Kindergarten — Level 3: child must be 5 years old.
- Elementary stage: child must be 6 years old.
- Middle and secondary: student must have completed the preceding year, with a certificate stamped and signed by the previous school.
- American Diploma: female students may be admitted through Grade 10.
Fourth: Required documents
Kindergarten and Grade 1
Saudi students: copy of family register (front and back) with original for verification; copy of passport.
Non-Saudi students: copy of passport; valid residency; copy of Absher residency data.
- Copy of birth certificate with original for verification.
- Vaccination certificate.
- Health fitness certificate from any government or private provider.
Grade 2 elementary and above
- Student file from the previous school.
- Original academic certificates and copy of passport.
- Students from outside the Kingdom, international schools, or Quran memorization schools: submit certified certificates with proof of identity to the testing and admissions unit for an admission order directed to our schools.

We are committed to supporting the educational process in full by providing an appropriate environment with qualified staff, curricula, and facilities. Payment due dates are set as follows:

Accounting staff are available daily at the schools (girls’ section) during regular school hours. The finance department at general administration is available daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday. Payment may be made using one of the following methods:
- Cash or card (mada/network)
- Cheque payable to Tarbiyah Islamiyah Schools Company
- Bank transfer to the schools’ account at Al Ahli Bank: SA3110000025959653000110
- Online payment via pay.tischools.cc
If you pay by bank transfer, please send a copy of the transfer receipt by email or fax.
Admission test for new students
- Test dates are set during registration and enrollment.
- Tests for all stages begin at 8:30 AM and end at 12:30 PM. Admission results are issued within one week of testing.
Withdrawal
- Any amounts paid during new student enrollment procedures, excluding tuition fees, are non-refundable.
- If a student withdraws during the first week of the academic year, 75% of half the annual tuition installment paid is deducted; any amount above half the annual installment is refunded in full.
- Withdrawal after the first week and during the first term: any amount exceeding half the tuition installment is refunded.
- No refund if a student withdraws after the second academic term begins.
Information you should know
- School uniforms are available from Adeem at Sahara Mall, Gate 2.
- The school does not provide transportation.
- Kindergarten hours: morning assembly from 7:15 AM — dismissal 1:00 PM.
- Boys section: morning assembly from 6:30 AM; first period 6:45 AM.
- Other stages: morning assembly from 6:45 AM (dismissal varies by stage, approximately 1:35 PM–2:00 PM).
- A seat is not guaranteed until required fees are paid and the file is complete.
